Sprouting from a musical house, Mai is a multi-genre singer, from Jazz and Latin to Sharqi/Arabic and Opera in 5 different languages.

Mai studied Opera singing for 3 years at the Cairo Opera House. With many notable arias under her sleeve, Mai has performed in many Operatic concerts, as well as later on big events and venues with tunes ranging from popular songs with a twist or original renditions of oriental tunes.

Mai's top influence is Afaf Rady, her mother. Having incubated her since birth into a strong musical background of both Arabic and Operatic singing, it made a difference to what Mai aspires to achieve with her performances and original tracks giving her the valuable exposure at Copenhagen's Fine Acts exhibition.
