You will be never 100% ready, do it anyway. This is the sentence that inspired me to finally take a step and make a concert out of my original songs and to do it “my way” (A modo mio in Italian). Some of these songs have been drafts since 4 years, some are really new.
This event it's thought to be an open and sincere conversation with the audience, I will talk about my songs, how they were born, why some of them are in French, some other in Italian, in English and in Arabic. It aims to be finally a way to express myself completely.

Philippe Humbert will accompany me with his delicious and inspiring clarinet. You will find a lot of influences, a mix of all the cultures I have been exposed to, interpreted in my own style and all the different languages and accents with my own flavor.

Luisa Russo is an Italian singer and artist who has been active in Cairo music and dance scene since 3 years. She joined two main music projects: Estabena and Egybadour and has few minor collaborations with other artists and music projects such as Sol Diese (a Flamenco project). She joined Mirette Michail contemporary dance show “Maalesh” and has been exploring different dance styles in the past years in Cairo and abroad.
