Greetings to whoever is reading this ; we are NightShift , a blues & funk band based in Cairo. Our band members come from different musical backgrounds , but the only things that are common in all of these backgrounds are the blues & funk . We met in the GUC music ensemble room back in 2019, jammed for hours and hours; we had that immediate chemistry and we have been playing together ever since that jam . Our style of music has developed as we have our own signature in every track that we play , we will make you hear the same song that you know in an entirely different fashion ; as we transform any song to make it match our style . We will give you goosebumps from our vocalist Mohamed Ashraf, that bluesy feel from our saxophonist Mamba, that John Mayer soulful lines from our guitarist Ahmed Hazem, that hype from our bassist Moustafa ElSheikh and that funky groove from our drummer Mostafa ElBadri .
